The single pulse dust collector is composed of ash hopper, upper box, middle box and lower box. The upper, middle and lower boxes are divided into chambers. During the operation, the dust containing gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet, and the coarse dust particles fall directly into the bottom of the ash hopper. The fine dust particles enter the middle and lower boxes with the air flow turning. The dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag. The filtered gas enters the upper box to the clean gas collection pipe exhaust duct, and is discharged to the atmosphere through the exhaust fan. The process of dust cleaning is to cut off the air outlet duct of the room first, so that the bag in the room is in the state of no air flow (stop air and clean ash in different rooms). Then open the pulse valve and use compressed air to carry out pulse jet soot cleaning. Generally, the filter bag will be damaged gradually after one year's use. The main reason is the deterioration of filter material caused by dust abrasion, high temperature and high humidity. The dust collector cannot use the damaged filter bag to work, otherwise the dust removal effect will be affected. The user should replace the filter bag in time.

2. Small running resistance

The reasons are: ① the filter bag is short circuited;

Troubleshooting: ① check the pipeline and repair the damaged part; ② check and replace the filter bag;

3. Pulse valve does not work

The reasons may be as follows: 1) the power supply is cut off or the ash cleaning controller is out of order; 2) there are impurities in the pulse valve, and the air leakage is all the time; 3) the pulse valve coil is burnt out; 4) the compressed air pressure is too low.

Troubleshooting: ① restore the power supply or repair the ash cleaning controller; ② carefully clean the pulse valve; ③ replace the pulse valve coil; ④ check the air circuit system and compressor.

4. High running resistance

The reasons may be: ① the filter bag is hardened; ② the pulse valve is not working or damaged; ③ the compressed air pressure is too low; ④ the lifting valve is not closed tightly when the pulse valve is working; ⑤ one or more lifting valves are closed.

Troubleshooting: ① clean the filter bag and strengthen the ventilation; ② maintain or replace the pulse valve; ③ check the air circuit and air compressor; ④ check the ash removal controller.
