The boiler bag filter adopts three state off-line pulse cleaning, which is automatically controlled by PLC. With the operation of the dust collector, the dust retained on the surface of the filter bag increases, and the gas resistance increases accordingly. When the resistance increases to the set value, PLC can carry out circulating ash cleaning for each chamber according to the setting mode (differential pressure control, time control, manual control). The dust remover starts to clean the dust by off-line pulse blowing according to the room stop air.
According to the set differential pressure control program, the PLC programmable electric controller first closes the exhaust valve of the chamber chamber one by one to make the filter bag in the state of no air flow passing through, and then open the pulse valve row by row to carry out pulse jet soot blowing on the filter bag with low-pressure compressed air. The cleaned dust is collected in the ash hopper and discharged into the ash conveying system below by the rotary ash unloading valve. After the dust removal of the filter bag of the chamber is completed, the exhaust valve is opened to restore the filtration state of the chamber, and then the dust of the next chamber is cleaned one by one.

1. It is equipped with dust pre spraying device
The pre sprayed dust layer on the filter bag can prevent the condensation and paste bag caused by the oil smoke in the low-temperature flue gas passing through the bag filter during the start-up process of the boiler.
2. Equipped with flue gas replacement device
The flue gas replacement device can ventilate the equipment, change in fresh air and automatically cool down when the single bag dust collector is switched for maintenance. In addition, the function of flue gas replacement can be realized to avoid the problem of condensation caused by flue gas remaining in the dust collector after boiler shutdown.
3. With high performance filter bag leak detection device
Because the number of chambers is more than 256, the number of no filter bags is less, 28 bags without filter bags are more convenient for leak detection. Observation glasses are set on the wall of the air purification chamber on the horn of the dust collector and the maintenance platform. With the help of the lighting in the air purification room, the damage of the filter bag of the filtering system can be visually inspected. Since each chamber has an independent air outlet, if there is a bag leakage, there will be black smoke at the outlet. Therefore, the filter bag leakage detection is convenient and intuitive. As a result, it can be found and handled in time to avoid the spread of bag leakage. With the help of the on-line smoke monitor, the emission situation can be accurately mastered.
