(1) The resistance of the dust remover is controlled by two parts. The design resistance of this equipment is 1200pa. One part is the inherent resistance of the equipment (i.e. the original resistance), which is caused by the flue gas flow paths of the equipment. Whether the air inlet and outlet mode of the precipitator and the flue gas velocity of each part of the air inlet pipe are appropriate; whether the inlet air uniformity of each chamber of the dust collector; whether the design of the diversion system is reasonable; whether the space for the steady flow of dust containing gas caused by the horizontal height between the air inlet and the bottom of the filter bag is sufficient; the rationality of the flue gas lifting speed between the filter bags determined by the diameter of the filter bag and the distance between the filter bags; the combination of the wind speed of the outlet pipeline The natural resistance value of the dust collector will be affected by the selection of the principle. From the dust remover designed and produced by our company in the past, the original resistance of the equipment is about 350 PA. Part of it is the running resistance of the equipment. The running resistance of the equipment is a cycle value caused by the thickness of the ash hanging layer formed on the surface of the filter bag during the operation of the dust collector. Generally, the upper limit of this value is set at 1000 ~ 1200pa. When the equipment reaches this resistance value, the system will start to clean the ash, return the resistance of the equipment to the original resistance and enter the next cycle. The length of the cycle depends on the dust concentration of the flue gas and the type and specification of the filter material. The operation time of the bag filter from our company has been shown between 120min and 120min.

(2) In addition to the structural design of the dust collector, the bag pasting is one of the main reasons for the increase of the resistance of the dust collector. The main reason for bag pasting is the adhesion of water or oil on the powder layer of the filter bag. In order to avoid the paste bag, after pre spraying the dust collector at the beginning of operation, the PLC of the dust collector will control the dust collector to run the bypass before the flue gas crosses the water mist point; the bypass will be operated during the ignition and oil feeding; the bypass channel will be opened when the flue gas temperature is too low and the oil is put into operation; the bypass channel will be opened when a large number of boiler tubes burst. Clean the dust after the dust remover is shut down. The above measures can prevent the occurrence of bag pasting phenomenon.

(3) Bypass system bypass system the protection system of bag filter is an important measure for dust remover. It can alarm timely through the control system. If the temperature of the flue gas is lower than the set temperature of the filter bag, or the temperature of the flue gas is higher than the set value of the filter bag, the temperature of the flue gas is detected to be lower than the set temperature of the filter bag. Boiler tube burst: if it is a small amount of tube burst, a small amount of moisture has little impact on a large number of high-temperature flue gas, and the original ash layer on the surface of the filter bag can be wrapped, so it has no great impact on the bag filter. If there is a large number of tube burst, the water and water pressure changes greatly, and the boiler system parameters change sharply, it will lead to the corresponding response of the system and provide the corresponding signal to the dust removal system, and the boiler will also take relevant protection measures according to the boiler operation regulations: when the dust collector PLC receives the boiler pipe burst signal, PLC controls to open the bypass system; in addition, the boiler tube explosion will lead to smoke When the gas temperature rises, the temperature detection device installed in the air inlet main pipe will also play the role of opening the bypass system, and the double protection will prevent the dust collector from bursting.

(4) Once the bag filter is damaged, the bag filter can be used as an important device to monitor the bag leakage in the process of inspection and maintenance. A. In order to adapt to the national conditions and reduce the cost, and at the same time, we have designed the leakage detection device of the dust collector and applied it in the previous projects, and achieved satisfactory results. B. The filter bag leak detection device of this project is mainly composed of differential pressure gauge (one for each warehouse) and differential pressure transmitter. Generally, the best indication of the performance of the precipitator is the pressure drop of the dedusting system. In particular, the pressure drop of a single filter chamber of the dust collector is a good indication of the condition of the filter bag. The sudden rise or decrease of the pressure drop means that the filter bag is blocked, leaked, the valve does not act, the ash cleaning system fails or the ash hopper has too much dust. A low pressure drop indicates a leak in the system (broken filter bag). High pressure drop shows that there are many reasons: filter material blockage, ash cleaning system failure, inlet and outlet air valve fault, ash hopper accumulated too much, pipeline blockage of differential pressure gauge. After PLC gets the abnormal signal from the differential pressure transmitter, it will close the fault chamber and display the alarm on the main control cabinet.

(5) Online detection (monitoring) equipment in order to protect the dust collector and realize the online detection and monitoring of the dust collector, we have configured a series of online detection equipment for the dust removal system. Temperature detector: used for on-line monitoring of flue gas temperature, alarm when the index exceeds the set value and start the dust remover protection device through PLC control; differential pressure gauge and transmitter: control the dust removal system of the dust remover through PLC, and analyze the dust removal effect and filter material life condition through the cycle time of equipment working resistance and the overall differential pressure of dust remover after each dust removal; material level meter: on Through the high level indicator set on the ash hopper of the dust remover, the ash storage in the ash hopper is displayed, and the work of the ash unloading system and ash conveying system is directed by PLC. A series of protection technologies use the dust remover to operate stably, continuously and automatically under the environmental conditions provided by you, so as to ensure the normal operation of the boiler.
