The bag type dust remover of 8 ton boiler has the advantages of reasonable structure design, etc. The utility model is a built-in bypass system which is arranged in the air inlet channel of the dust removal box body and connected with the air outlet of the box body.

8 tons Boiler dust collector The structure design of bag filter is reasonable, and so on. A built-in bypass system connected with the air outlet of the dust removal box is installed in the air inlet channel of the dust removal box. The built-in bypass system is parallel to the dust filtering system installed in the dust removal box. The upper part of the dust filtering system is connected with the pulse jet soot cleaning system and the filtered air exhaust system, and the lower part is connected with the ash unloading and conveying system. The pulse injection ash cleaning system is connected with the electric pulse control system.

1. Dust bag: the design diameter of filter bag is 120 mm, which is 20% smaller than the commonly used 150 mm filter bag. The center line spacing of each four bags is 200 × 180 mm. The area of open space outside the filter bag is 24.2% larger than that of 150 mm filter bag. The larger open space reduces the velocity of the updraft, reduces the dust carrying capacity and resistance of the updraft.

Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) fiber, polyimide fiber (P84) fiber and other materials produced by Japan, Austria and other countries were selected and processed according to the standard production process to produce composite gradient filter materials.

The design operating temperature of the filter material is 120 ~ 180 ℃, the upper limit working temperature is 190 ℃, and the short-term working temperature is 210 ℃.

2. Flue gas distribution device: the side intake distributor is used to evenly distribute the dust containing gas, and the coarse dust can be pre separated to avoid the dust containing gas directly washing the dust filter bag, so as to further improve the efficiency and performance of the whole dust removal device.

3. Connection mode of dust removal bag: the filter bag, frame, venturi nozzle and bag hanging plate of the dust collector are connected by spring expanding ring device, which is convenient to install and replace the filter bag. The filter bag is installed and pulled out from the upper part of the box. Considering the convenience of filter bag installation, the bag cage adopts two sections butt joint.

4. Pulse jet ash cleaning: compressed air (0.35 ~ 0.65Mpa) is used to induce the purified gas to form pulse air flow ash cleaning. The double duct venturi nozzle bag cage with secondary air flow induction function is adopted for ash cleaning airflow guidance. Dust cleaning control adopts two ways: constant pressure difference (900pa, detection points set before and after filter bag of unit bag filter, pressure difference can be adjusted) or timing.

There are many ways to remove dust from boiler flue gas. When selecting, we should understand the technology and performance of various 8-ton boiler dust collectors, and select the appropriate dust remover according to the nature of boiler dust. There are three points we should pay attention to when choosing

1. It is the dust concentration of boiler exhaust gas. First of all, we should know the local allowable emission concentration of boiler smoke and the concentration of boiler exhaust gas, calculate the dust removal efficiency that the dust collector should have, and then select the appropriate form and stage of dust collector. The dust concentration of flue gas is an important indicator of dust collector. Different types of dust collectors have different adaptability to the dust concentration of boiler exhaust gas. In general, when the dust concentration at the inlet of dust collector exceeds a critical value, the dust removal efficiency will obviously decrease. The dust concentration of boiler dust is closely related to the type of coal, combustion mode and combustion process. In order to control the initial concentration of dust emission and dust removal efficiency, it is closely related to the selection of appropriate furnace type, the nature of operating load change and the type of fuel.

2. The flue gas volume of boiler and all kinds of dust collectors have the flue gas volume designed and processed according to the design. When the dust remover is used under this amount of dust removal, the operation of the dust remover can be in a better operating condition. However, when the actual load changes, the efficiency of the dust collector will also change.

For example, the cyclone dust remover in our boiler dust remover has no load adjustment device. When the actual load is less than 70% of the design load, the dust removal efficiency will obviously decrease due to the decrease of its flow rate. On the contrary, it will increase the resistance of the dust collector. In industrial boilers, the amount of flue gas changes greatly. When the boiler works at high load, the amount of smoke and dust discharged will increase; when working at low load, the amount of smoke and dust discharged will be reduced. Therefore, when selecting dust remover, the amount of flue gas and its change factors should be considered.

3. It is the dispersion of boiler dust. The fly ash of boiler is composed of dust particles of different sizes. The particle size range of soot is generally 3-500 μ M. In general, the mass fraction of dust particles with different sizes in smoke dust is used to express its dispersion. Different types of dust collectors have different adaptability to the dispersion of dust particles. When the dust particle size is more than 10 μ m in most stations, the centrifugal dust collector has higher dust removal efficiency; when the dust particle size is less than a few microns, the wet dust collector has higher dust removal efficiency.

In addition to the sulfur dioxide and sulfur dioxide contained in the flue gas of the boiler, the corrosion of the equipment should be considered.

In short, when selecting the dust remover, comprehensive analysis should not only consider the emission concentration, dispersion and quantity of flue gas, but also formulate reasonable maintenance and maintenance system for dust collector according to the characteristics of production process, and implement it carefully, so as to ensure the long-term normal operation of the dust remover.
